RETURN POLICY
Microphones:
You can return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase, providing:
- You have received a Return Authorization Number
- The product is in new saleable condition
- Product is properly packaged in original packaging.
- If you encounter a defect with the microphone purchase it will be exchanged or repaired, at our option, unless it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Regardless of the nature of the return or exchange, the client is responsible for the freight to our location.
- Microphones have one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
InSync Speech Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging (if possible). Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since InSync Speech Technologies, Inc. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
Return Merchandise Authorization Request (RMA)
Whether filing online or through a faxed in document, we have 2 types of RMA situations:
- RMA's on products purchased directly through Insync, and
- RMA's on products meeting special criteria
